This series of wire strippers includes 6 sub-models (see the technical parameters for details). Belt feeding is used to replace the traditional roller feeding, which greatly increases the contact area with the wire. While improving the pulling force and enhancing the wire stripping ability, it can also reduce the pressure and reduce the damage to the wire sheath, and there is no indentation on the wire skin surface. The tool holder is driven by high-precision servo motor, which is fast and powerful.
The upper and lower two sets of wire feeding wheels are driven by the positive and negative screw rods, which can be opened and closed at the same time. When processing wire of different thickness, the center line position of the wire rod can always be kept unchanged, and the wire rod is always aligned with the center of the knife edge, which can effectively prevent the peeling edge from tilting. The pressure of the wire feeding wheel can be set directly in the program without manual adjustment of the screw. It is very convenient to switch different wire diameters.
This machine also has the function of automatic lifting wheel and jump guide. The automatic lifting wheel means that the outgoing wire wheel can be opened automatically to avoid collision when stripping the wire head. The jump guide function means that the incoming wire guide can be lifted automatically to avoid collision when stripping the wire tail, which greatly increases the stripping length range.
The program memory function can store the processing parameters of different wire rods in different program numbers. When the wire rod is processed again, the corresponding program can be called out with one key. One machine can complete the processing of multiple wire rods, with strong versatility.
Support non-standard customization. We have strong R&D capabilities and can customize special functions according to customer needs. Common optional functions include:
Special shaped blades and conduits are customized for processing flat sheathed wires, double parallel wires, flat wires and other wires. The flat sheathed wires can realize inner and outer layer stripping.
Add a rotary blade to strip the wire. First use the rotary blade to cut the wire sheath 360 degrees, and then pull off the wire sheath to deal with the occasions with strict requirements for wire stripping.
The scribing fixture can be added. For the wire with large stripping length and tight wire sheath, the scribing fixture can be used to split both sides of the wire sheath to reduce the stripping resistance.
Add equipment such as inkjet printer and wire number hot stamping machine to realize code printing while stripping.
The take-up manipulator and conveyor belt are installed to ensure that the wire rod is placed in the receiving tray in a straight and tidy manner when processing long wire.
With automatic coiler, the processed wire can be automatically wound into coils for convenient collection.
Optional computer industrial control system (Windows operation interface), supporting MES system and document import, remote order dispatching, automatic code printing, etc.
