This series of wire stripping machines use manipulators to pull the wires instead of the traditional rollers to send the wires. Its advantage is that the wire sheath will not be squeezed by the wire feeding wheel, and there is no indentation on the surface of the wire sheath. Therefore, it can meet the processing needs of high-end wires, and is often used for processing earphone cables, mobile phone data cables, Apple charging cables, flat cables, DC cables, braided cables, high-temperature cables, etc.
The cable clamp is driven by a servo motor, with fast speed and high precision. The stroke of the cable clamp can be customized according to the needs of customers, and the maximum length can reach 10 meters. Compared with the ordinary wire stripping machine with roller feeding, the cutting length is more accurate. Especially when processing very long wires, the advantages are more obvious. The relationship between the error of this machine and the length of the cutting wire is relatively small, while the error of the wire stripping machine fed by rollers will increase with the increase of the length.
Wire cutting and stripping knives are available in cold blade and hot blade types, and some wires have braids on the outside of the insulation. When stripping the wire directly with a cold blade, it is easy to cause the braid to scatter. If the wire is stripped with a hot blade, the edge of the braid can be heat-sealed to prevent it from falling apart. The shape of the blade mouth can be customized according to the wire diameter in order to achieve the best peeling effect. For thinner wires, multiple wires can be processed at the same time to improve production efficiency.
The operation is simple and fast, and parameters such as stripping length and cutter depth can be adjusted through the fine-tuning knob, with less technology and short adjustment time. Built-in multiple sets of sensors, fault alarm information will be directly displayed on the screen. For example, low air pressure, motor abnormality, etc., it is convenient and quick to troubleshoot.

Single wire pulling stroke: the maximum stroke of the wire clamp for single wire pulling, it is not the maximum cutting length, because the machine supports multiple wire pulling functions. Take the following KS-W103A as an example, the maximum stroke of its pull clamp is 950mm, when processing the wire whose total length is less than 950mm, the pull clamp only needs to be pulled once. When it is necessary to process a 1.5-meter-long wire, the wire clamp needs to be returned and pulled again. It is recommended to choose the appropriate model according to the length of the cutting wire, and try to use the wire only once, because the more times the wire is pulled, the slower the speed will be, and it will also affect the cutting accuracy.
Control mode: single-step jogging means that only one step of action is performed by pressing a button, which is convenient for the operator to check whether the parameter settings are normal. Single wire stripping refers to the action of automatically completing a cycle, which is convenient for the operator to check whether the processed wire is qualified. Continuous mode refers to the automatic continuous processing of the machine, which is the mode used in normal production after adjustment.
Stripping length: The stripping length in the following parameters refers to the sum of the stripping lengths of the wire head and the wire tail, and the stripping length of the standard machine is 80mm. That is, the sum of the stripping lengths of the wire head and the wire tail cannot exceed 80mm at most, for example, 30mm at one end and 50mm at the other end. The stripping length can be customized, the common length range is 150~200mm, 300~500mm.
