The general-purpose four-wheel drive wire stripping machine includes 12 sub-models (see technical parameters for details), and the wire feeding wheel can be rubber or iron, suitable for processing various BVR electronic wires, BV hard wires, sheathed wires, etc. It supports functions such as full stripping, half stripping, and middle stripping. The processing parameters of different wires can be saved in different program numbers. When switching wires, the corresponding processing parameters can be called out with one key.

  2. The program interface is intuitive and easy to understand. Parameters such as cutting line length, stripping length, feed depth, retraction, and output can be freely set in the program. Functions such as long wire program, ultra-short wire program, central wire stripping program, and sheath wire program can be switched at will, and one machine supports many different processing methods, which is very versatile.

  3. Support non-standard customization, we have strong research and development capabilities, and can customize special functions according to customer needs. Common optional features include:

  • Install a safety shield, and automatically alarm and stop after opening the shield.

  • Linked with industrial robots, the machine automatically stops after processing a set of wires, and waits for the wires to be taken away by the manipulator before processing a set of spares.

  • Customized blades and conduits with special shapes are used to process flat sheathed wires, double wires, flat wires and other wires. Flat sheathed wires can achieve inner and outer skinning.

  • Add inkjet printers, wire number hot stamping machines and other equipment to realize coding while stripping wires.

  • Install the wire-taking manipulator and conveyor belt to ensure that the wire is put into the receiving tray straight and neatly when processing long wires.

  • Optional computer industrial control system (Windows operation interface), one-click batch processing of wires of different lengths, and this system also supports inkjet printers. Realize the printing of different content on each wire, and the processing parameters and coding content can be imported through the Excel table.

Additional information:

  1. Stripping length range: The stripping length range in the above parameters refers to the stripping length range when the long wire program is used for full stripping. If the wire is half-stripped, it is not limited by the above parameters. For example, when the wire tail is half-stripped, the stripping length can usually reach more than 80mm (whether it can be stripped or not depends on the tightness of the wire sheath).

  2. Minimum glue length: This parameter refers to the total length of the wire minus the stripping length at both ends, that is, the length of the part with rubber in the middle after stripping. This parameter is mainly used to refer to the length of the shortest wire that can be processed. The minimum glue length in the above parameters refers to the minimum length when using the long wire program to strip the wire at both ends. If you use the ultra-short wire program, it is not limited by the above parameters, and you can even strip 1mm at both ends of the total length of 5mm. The working principle of the ultra-short wire program is different from that of the long wire program.
