This machine has the function of automatic lifting wheel and jumping catheter. The pulley function means that the wire outlet wheel can be automatically opened to avoid when stripping the wire end, which can greatly increase the stripping length range of the wire end. The function of skipping the conduit means that the conduit can be automatically lifted to avoid when stripping the end of the wire, thereby greatly increasing the stripping length range of the end of the wire.

It adopts computer industrial control system, Windows operation interface, powerful software functions, and supports batch import of production data from Excel tables. The coding content and position can be directly input in the Excel table, and wires with different lengths and different coding content can be mass-produced at one time. Support network connection, can connect to local MES system through LAN, realize remote reading and setting parameters, remote production tasks and other functions.

If you need to spray both white and black characters, you need to be equipped with 2 inkjet printers. The inkjet printer is directly controlled by the computer industrial control system, and the content of the inkjet code can be defined directly in the software, without inputting the printing content through the printer's own screen.

It can be equipped with a small ticket printer and a code scanning gun, which supports scanning the code to call out the processing parameters. The small ticket printer can automatically print the processing information data of the current wire, and also supports the printing of QR codes or barcodes. The printing format and content can be customized according to customer needs.
