Touch Screen Belt Feeding Wire Stripping Machine

This is a belt feeding touch screen version of the wire stripping machine. Compared with roller feeding, belt feeding greatly increases the contact area between the wire and the feeding wheel. While increasing the tension, the pressure is also reduced, so the stripping length range can be effectively increased, and the crushing of the wire surface by the feeding wheel can be reduced.

This machine has the function of lifting wheel and jumping conduit. The function of lifting wheel means that the outlet wheel can be automatically lifted to avoid when stripping the wire head, which can greatly increase the stripping length range of the wire end. The jumper function means that the wire guide can be automatically lifted to avoid when stripping the wire tail, which can greatly increase the stripping length range of the wire tail.

Color touch screen operation interface, parameter setting is intuitive and easy to understand, parameters such as cutting length, stripping length, cutting depth,feed depth、 retractiion and output can be set freely in the program. The program memory function can save the processing parameters of different wire materials into different program numbers, and the corresponding processing parameters can be called out with one key when switching wire materials.
