Wire Stripping and Bending Machine

This machine is a fully automatic wire cutting, stripping and bending machine, mainly used for processing BV hard wires within 10mm². It integrates the functions of cutting, stripping and bending. The wire can be bent at a specified angle in the 2D plane, and forward bending and reverse bending are supported. Parameters such as bending angle, number of bending segments, and length of each segment can be set in the program.

This machine adopts a unique telescopic design of the conduit, and when bending is required, the conduit automatically extends to a position close to the bender. This makes the machine support the bending of ultra-short wires, and the shortest length of each bend can reach 5~10mm (according to the wire diameter), and the machine also supports the bending of long wires.

Color touch screen operation interface, parameter setting is intuitive and easy to understand, with program memory function, which can save the processing parameters of different wire materials in different program numbers, and call out the corresponding processing parameters with one key when switching wire materials. In addition, it can also be equipped with a computer industrial control system, which supports MES system network dispatching, and supports batch import of processing data from Excel. This system can also be equipped with inkjet printers, code scanners, barcode printers and other equipment.
