The upper and lower sets of wire feeding wheels are driven by positive and negative screw rods, which can be opened and closed at the same time. When processing wires of different thicknesses, the position of the centerline of the wires can always be kept unchanged, and the wires are always aligned with the center of the knife edge, which can effectively prevent the stripping from tilting. The pressure of the wire feeding wheel can be set directly in the program, no need to manually adjust the screw, it is very convenient to switch between different wire diameters.
This machine also has the function of automatic lifting wheel and jumping catheter. The automatic lifting wheel means that the outlet wheel can be automatically opened to avoid when stripping the wire head. The function of jumping conduit means that when stripping the end of the wire, the incoming conduit is automatically lifted to avoid it, which greatly increases the stripping length range.
Color touch screen operation interface, parameter setting is intuitive and easy to understand. The program is powerful and has a variety of working modes to choose from: long wire mode, short wire mode, multi-section mode (middle stripping mode), multi-variety mode (one-time batch production of wires with different total lengths and different stripping lengths), multi-layer stripping type (supports 3-layer stripping). The program memory function can store the processing parameters of different wire rods in different program numbers, and the corresponding program can be called out with one key when processing the wire rod again. One machine can complete the processing of various types of wire rods, which is very versatile.
