  1. This is a high-end belt feeding wire stripping machine. This machine uses belt feeding to replace the traditional roller feeding, which greatly increases the contact area between the wire feeding wheel and the wire. While increasing the tension and enhancing the stripping ability, it can also reduce the pressure and reduce the damage to the surface of the wire sheath. There is no indentation on the surface of the wire sheath, and the range of stripping length is greatly increased.

  2. The upper and lower sets of wire feeding wheels are driven by positive and negative screw rods, which can be opened and closed at the same time. When processing wires of different thicknesses, the position of the centerline of the wires can always be kept unchanged, and the wires are always aligned with the center of the knife edge, which can effectively prevent the stripping from tilting. The pressure of the wire feeding wheel can be set directly in the program, no need to manually adjust the screw, it is very convenient to switch between different wire diameters.

  3. This machine also has the function of automatic lifting wheel and jumping catheter. The automatic lifting wheel means that the outlet wheel can be automatically opened to avoid when stripping the wire head. The function of jumping conduit means that when stripping the end of the wire, the incoming conduit is automatically lifted to avoid it, which greatly increases the stripping length range.

  4. Color touch screen operation interface, parameter setting is intuitive and easy to understand. The program is powerful and has a variety of working modes to choose from: long wire mode, short wire mode, multi-section mode (middle stripping mode), multi-variety mode (one-time batch production of wires with different total lengths and different stripping lengths), multi-layer stripping type (supports 3-layer stripping). The program memory function can store the processing parameters of different wire rods in different program numbers, and the corresponding program can be called out with one key when processing the wire rod again. One machine can complete the processing of various types of wire rods, which is very versatile.

  5. Support non-standard customization, we have strong research and development capabilities, and can customize special functions according to customer needs. Common optional features include:

  • Install a safety shield, and automatically alarm and stop after opening the shield.

  • Linked with industrial robots, the machine automatically stops after processing a set of wires, and waits for the wires to be taken away by the manipulator before processing a set of spares.

  • Customized blades and conduits with special shapes are used to process flat sheathed wires, double wires, flat wires and other wires. The flat sheathed wires can be stripped from the inner and outer layers.

  • A splitting fixture can be added to realize automatic cutting and stripping of the cable and splitting at both ends;

  • A scribing fixture can be added to achieve extra-long stripping, for wires with long stripping lengths and tight wire sheaths. The resistance of direct stripping is very large. At this time, you can first split the wire sheath on both sides with a scribing tool to reduce the resistance of stripping.

  • Add inkjet printers, wire number hot stamping machines and other equipment to realize coding while stripping wires.

  • Install the wire-taking manipulator and conveyor belt to ensure that the wire is put into the receiving tray straight and neatly when processing long wires.

  • Optional computer industrial control system (Windows operation interface), one-click batch processing of wires of different lengths. At the same time, the system also supports inkjet printers, which can print different content on each wire, and the processing parameters and inkjet content can be imported through the Excel table;
