This is a fully automatic wire cutting, stripping and twisting machine, mainly used for processing multi-strand copper wires, which can twist the copper wires together after stripping. The wire twisting function of this machine can be turned on and off freely in the program, and it can also be used as an ordinary wire stripping machine when the twisting function is turned off. This series of models includes 7 sub-models, see technical parameters for details.
In addition to processing BVR electronic wires, this machine can also process double wires. After adding a wire splitting mold, it can realize automatic wire splitting at both ends, and then strip and twist the wires.
The program has powerful functions, supports functions such as full stripping, half stripping, and middle stripping, and has a program memory function. The processing parameters of different wires can be saved in different program numbers, and the corresponding processing parameters can be called out with one key when switching wires.
The program interface is intuitive and easy to understand. Parameters such as cutting length, stripping length, twisting force, cutting depth, retracting and output can be set freely in the program. Functions such as long wire program, ultra-short wire program, middle stripping program, and sheath wire program can be switched at will, and one machine supports many different processing methods, which is very versatile.

Remarks: The two-wire model supports the function of automatically splitting the wires, and the length of the splitting wires can be set in the program.
