Multi-core Round Cable Stripping Machine

This series is a touch screen version of the multi-core round sheath wire stripping machine, with a total of 2 sub-models (see technical parameters for details). Specially designed for processing round sheathed wires, it supports simultaneous stripping of outer sheath and core wire.The belt feeding is used to replace the traditional roller feeding, which greatly increases the contact area with the wire. While increasing the tension and enhancing the stripping ability, it can also reduce the pressure and reduce the damage to the surface of the wire sheath, and there is no indentation on the surface of the wire sheath.

The special cutter frame design supports the installation of 2 sets of blades at the same time, the outer sheath is stripped with a round blade, and the core wire is stripped with a flat blade. It is especially suitable for processing sheathed wires with less than 4 cores and an outer diameter of less than 6.5mm. The core wire supports full stripping and half stripping. The outlet wheel has the function of automatic pulley. When stripping the wire head, the outlet wheel can be lifted up automatically to reduce the resistance of the wire stripping. The maximum stripping length of the wire end can reach 120mm. Color touch screen operation interface, cutting wire length, stripping length, feed depth, retraction, output and other parameters can be freely set in the program.
